1. Please keep your tone of voice low in the spa to maintain a calm ambiance.
2. Please be respectful of our staff at all time:
-1. Arrive 5-10 min before your appointment.
-2. Take a shower and cut sharp nails (if needed) before an appointment.
-3.Do not come if you are sick (cold/flu-like symptoms, etc.). Call us to reschedule/cancel your appointment. Please see our cancellation policy.
4. Our staff takes very seriously any sexual behaviors or harassment of any sort. Our personnel will not tolerate such behaviors.
3. Our staffs reserve the rights to refuse access, expel or serve any customer not following this code.
4. We apply the guidance and orders from the Sonoma county.
